1) Services

Crystal Info Solutions provides professional digital consulting and related implementation services, which may include website setup, page improvement, paid advertising setup and management, tracking configuration, advisory support, content structure refinement, and related business consulting. Services are generally delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2) Scope & delivery

Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined per engagement through written communication, proposals, invoices, payment pages, or agreements. Delivery may include calls, written recommendations, configuration work, implementation tasks, and ongoing support where applicable.

3) Best-effort services / no guarantees

All services are provided on a consultative, advisory, and best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, revenue, marketing performance, or business results. Outcomes may vary due to factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, budgets, competition, and client-side implementation.

4) Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals
• Grant required access where applicable
• Maintain reasonable backups and internal controls
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules
• Use deliverables responsibly and lawfully

5) One-time and recurring billing

Some services are billed as one-time engagements. Certain services may also be offered on a recurring or subscription basis. Where a recurring service or membership is selected, the client authorizes automatic billing according to the applicable billing cycle until cancellation.

6) Payment methods

We may accept payments through third-party providers, including:

Payments are subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms, verification procedures, review processes, and dispute rules.

7) Authorization & payment intent

By submitting payment, approving an invoice, enrolling in a recurring plan, or completing payment through a hosted checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to make the payment and that the payment is initiated voluntarily for professional services. Where ACH or similar bank debit is used, you authorize the applicable debit according to the selected billing terms.

8) Refunds & cancellations

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, consultation has been provided, service activation has occurred, or a subscription billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

9) Disputes & chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve billing or service concerns before initiating a dispute where reasonably possible. We maintain records of invoices, communications, service scope, agreement confirmations, and service delivery to respond to payment disputes or review requests.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal Info Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.

11) Third-party systems

Service performance and outcomes may depend on third-party software, ad platforms, hosting providers, internet connectivity, email systems, analytics tools, and other systems outside our control. We are not responsible for failures, disruptions, suspensions, or limitations caused by such third parties.

12) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
