1) One-time services
Fees paid for one-time consulting, advisory, setup, implementation, or related digital services are generally non-refundable once consultation has been provided, work has commenced, access has been granted, or service activation has occurred.
2) Recurring services
Fees paid for recurring support, consulting memberships, or subscription-based services are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing cycle has started, except where required by law.
3) Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling a recurring service prevents future billing in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for current or prior billing periods.
4) Exceptions
Any refund exceptions are made only at our discretion or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
